There may be a fee for mortgage advice. You can chose either,
a) £90per hour. The lenders fee normally payable to us is then passed back to you upon completion of your mortgage. A typical mortgage takes approximately 6 hours therefore the total fee on completion would be £540 (£90 x 6).
b) No fee from you, the lender pays us directly.

"Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage or any loans secured on it."
